Big money at stake in Supreme Court case involving teachers


LANSING, Mich. (AP) — The Michigan Supreme Court is hearing arguments in a case that will determine whether more than $550 million will be returned to school employees who had money deducted for retiree health care.
Gov. Rick Snyder's administration wants to keep the money but so far has lost in lower courts. His office says the money is necessary for the long-term stability of health insurance benefits.

JAMB 2018 UTME Registration Begins This November, Over 617 Centres To Be Used

The Joint Admission And Matriculation Board (JAMB)has revealed that the 2018 JAMB UTME Registration Form will be available before the end of November. According to him, the board is planning to meet with all stakeholders on November 15 and the sale of the registration document will definitely commence before the end of this month. He advised candidates to check the  JAMB syllabus  and  Brochure  so that they can study the process and minimise the errors that usually occurs during the registration process.
